Unpyle is a brand of Responsestudios BV, a Belgian company offering AI services. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit our website or use our services.

Website visits

We use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) for website analytics. Tracking is only activated after you give consent through our cookie banner (powered by Usercentrics). No data is collected before consent is given.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Company name
  • Job title
  • Preferred language
  • Your message

Q&A form

When you submit a question through the Q&A form, we collect:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Company name
  • Job title
  • Selected topic
  • Your question or challenge
  • Screenshot (optional file upload)

Uploaded files are stored on Netlify and deleted when no longer needed for the stated purpose.

Service delivery

When you become a client, we additionally collect:

  • Business contact details
  • Company information (name, address, VAT number)
  • Brand assets and marketing materials you share with us
  • Communication history

How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Respond to your questions
  • Deliver our services
  • Send relevant updates about our services (only with your consent)
  • Improve our website and services

We do not:

  • Sell your data to third parties
  • Use your data for automated decision-making
  • Process data beyond what is necessary for the stated purposes

  • Client data: Duration of the contract + 7 years (Belgian legal obligation)
  • Website analytics: 26 months (rolling)

  • Usercentrics: Cookie consent management
  • Google Fonts: Typography (loaded via CDN)
  • Calendly: Appointment scheduling
  • Brevo: Contact list management and email marketing with double opt-in (EU, GDPR-compliant)
  • Make.com: Routing form data from Netlify to Brevo (EU, GDPR-compliant)
