A manufacturing client explored how LLMs like ChatGPT and Copilot can help HR create training plans, workshops and infographics.
Objective
Integrate LLMs into HR content workflows
A manufacturing client wanted to explore how language models can support their HR department. The goal: deploy ChatGPT, Copilot and similar tools to create training plans, design workshops and produce infographics. All without requiring deep technical knowledge from the HR team.
HR spent a lot of time manually creating training material, workshop content and visual documentation. Quality was inconsistent and the process did not scale across departments.
Our approach
Assess, build and simplify towards everyday tools
Assess scope with Claude Code
We started with a Claude Code setup with skills and subagents to map what is possible. This gave us a clear picture of which tasks LLMs handle well and where human review remains essential.
Test with real HR deliverables
We applied language models to actual training plans, workshop agendas and infographic concepts. This revealed both the strengths and the limits of current LLM capabilities for complex, structured content.
Expand to Claude CoWork
As scope became clearer, we brought in Claude CoWork for more collaborative workflows. This allowed the HR team to work more directly with AI during the creation process.
Simplify towards Microsoft Copilot
The long-term goal is to run these workflows on Microsoft Copilot, the tool the client already uses daily. Simplification is ongoing to make the transition seamless and sustainable.
The result
A clearer path to AI-driven HR content
The client now understands exactly where LLMs add value in their HR workflows and where human review remains critical. Complex documents need validation by people on the floor. That insight shapes how they adopt AI further. The project is ongoing, with simplification towards Copilot as the next milestone.
