AI-driven rebranding of the Responsestudios website
For our own rebranding, AI handled it all: competitive analysis, positioning, content, translations and image generation. Full project shipped in under a week.
Objective
Fully rebrand and rebuild a website with AI
Responsestudios needed a full rebrand with a new website to match. Instead of a traditional months-long branding journey, we used AI for every phase: competitive analysis, ideal customer profile, personas, battlecards, positioning and tone of voice. The website itself would also be fully AI-generated.
A traditional rebrand takes weeks of workshops, feedback rounds and separate content production. We had to move fast without sacrificing strategic depth or content quality.
Our approach
Letting AI drive strategy, content and production
AI-driven brand strategy
We used Claude Code for a full competitive analysis, defining our ideal customer profile, building personas, creating battlecards and locking down positioning. All grounded in real market data and iterated quickly.
Tone of voice and content creation
AI generated the full tone of voice guide and then produced all website content according to that guide. Every page, every section, every CTA. Consistent, on-brand and ready for review in hours instead of weeks.
Multilingual translations
All content was translated into three languages with AI, with correct localisation. Hugo's text-based content files made this seamless. No copy-paste into translation tools, no spreadsheet management.
AI-generated images and GEO/SEO readiness
All website images were generated based on AI-suggested prompts. The site was built GEO- and SEO-ready from day one, with structured content that search engines and AI models can process effectively.
